Chris Harrell started Kestryl to help product-first, brand-led companies bridge the gap between strategy and execution. He works with teams to bring clarity, build systems, and get results across brand, product, and operations.

A former GM at Incase and a founding exec at Dirty Labs, Chris has built and scaled companies where differentiation depends on delivering standout products and customer experiences. He’s held leadership roles at growth-stage startups and at Porsche Digital, the digital innovation arm of Porsche. Along the way, he’s partnered with the likes of Apple, Samsung, Google, and Amazon to bring ambitious ideas to market.

 

Chris combines creative instinct with operational discipline—using data and pragmatism to drive momentum and make things work. He also co-founded Zapcat Studio, a creative hub for brand experiments—most recently including the revival of RetroGrade Motoring.

 

Kestryl operates flexibly, tapping into a trusted network of collaborators depending on the needs of each engagement. The throughline? Turning good ideas into great businesses, without losing the spark that made them interesting to begin with.
